5G Service is only available in selected areas and requires compatible phones.
Tethering/Hotspot from a phone to another device is permitted as long as within a covered country in Europe as stated below
Tethering/Hotspot is subject to the standard telcos terms and conditions.
This SIM Card is only for use in phones. Do not use in a MiFi Device, iPad, Tablet, etc.
If the telco detects usage in non-phone device, your service may be immediately cancelled and it will not be restored under any circumstances for terms of use violations. SIMCARD.SG will not take responsibility for such scenarios.
Call and SMS can only be made to regular phone numbers within the country that you are currently in.
Premium, paid and toll phone numbers are not included in the free quota.
For International Calls, you will need to top up additional money and international call rates will apply.

Activation Procedure
Please read the instructions provided on the instruction sheet sent with every order.
- Activation date must be submitted to SIMCARD.SG activation website after you receive the SIM Card
- We recommend to submit activation request as soon as you receive SIM Card and/or at least 36 hours before travel.
- SIMCARD.SG will activate the SIM Card for you with the plan purchased
