Q: Does this come with installation or setup?
A: No. It is very easy to setup this device. You only need to plug in the device and use the Google Home App. Please contact Google Nest Support for setup assistance.

Q: Do you have Ad-Free Version?
A: No. You can buy the ads version and request Amazon to remove the ads after setting up account (cost difference may apply). Ads only appear when you are not actively using the device, so you can save the money and buy more books instead

Q: How does store warranty work?
A: All items are from Amazon USA. Amazon’s Standard Warranty Terms will apply. SIMCARD.SG will cover first 30 days where we will do 1:1 replacement if there is a hardware defect on the device hardware. Software issues are not covered defects.

Q: What happens after store warranty is over?
A: After that, you have to file for warranty claims with Amazon. SIMCARD.SG will assist on a best effort basis only and costs will be borne by customer if there is any.

Q: Why no international warranty? How come others sellers say international warranty?
A: Amazon does not sell Kindle Paperwhite to Singapore Market. All items have to be export set and warranty is subject to Amazon’s warranty policy. We advice customers to check with Amazon Customer Service to verify the truthfulness of other sellers. SIMCard.SG provides 1:1 exchange for hardware faults without any international shipping fees after it is certified by Amazon as faulty.

Q: Do you provide free ebooks? How come other sellers are providing?
A: We do not provide “free” ebooks. We advise the customer to think about the source of the ebooks and if it even makes sense for a seller to be able to provide “free” ebooks. Amazon does not provide “free ebooks” to their customers, so how can a seller provide it to theirs? Some sellers even admit that their ebooks are gotten from readily available torrent sources (legal or not, you as a customer can decide).

Q: How long is warranty?
A: We provide 60 days store warranty from date of purchase with no international shipping or administrative cost to customer for replacement. After 60 days, please contact Amazon for warranty claims. SIMCARD.SG will try to assist with warranty claims directly with Amazon on a best-effort basis after store warranty has ended.
