Please note that not all phones are compatible with the SIM Card.
The SIM Card will be terminated if used in non-compatible phones.

Data Allowance is capped at 4GB when used in Canada/Mexico.

YOU CANNOT ARRIVE IN CANADA/MEXICO AS YOUR FIRST STOP

This SIM Card runs on AT&T Network in the US and partner networks in Canada and Mexico.
It has exactly the same coverage as AT&T in USA.

AT&T LTE Bands are Band 17 (Main), Band 2, Band 4 and Band 5.
If your phone does not receive Band 17, you will only receive 4G LTE in areas where the other frequencies are utilized by telco.
Data connectivity will be lesser, disabled or downgrade to 3G Network if phone is in an area that does not have compatibility.

Tethering is NOT permitted on this SIM Card.
SIM Card is only for use in PHONES. Line WILL be suspended if used in a non-phone device.

Fair-Use-Policy applies for Unlimited usage of Call/SMS/Data.
Any abuse of services will result in suspension of SIM Card.

Coverage Area in USA: Hawaii, Continental USA (Mainland USA, Lower 48 States) and parts of Alaska
Coverage may be limited in remote areas, such as national parks and areas without permanent human population.

Your phone number is made available only upon activation.
If you wish to know your phone number prior to arrival, please account for additional days when requesting your activation date.
At SIMCARD.SG, we only activate cards between 9pm to 2am (GMT+8) on the DAY of activation due to time difference between USA and Singapore.

Unlimited Low Speed Data only starts AFTER High Speed Data is used up.
High Speed Data is capped at 8mbps speed (Good for HD Video streaming)

RoboCall / Spam Call Advisory
SIM Card Phone number is randomly assigned when you activate your SIM Card.
We have no control over the phone number you are issued, such as if it is a recycled number or new number.
There is also no way to tell if the number is new or recycled.

You may occasionally receive spam calls from scammers or callers.
Please understand that spam call issue is a known problem in the United States and affects every single carrier or telco.
There is nothing SIMCARD.SG can do about it. You are encouraged to install call blocker software or simply ignore those calls.
Most of the time, the calling will stop after a few days if you ignore those calls.
