Q: Is this the latest generation?
A: Yes. It is the latest Google Chromecast that supports 1080p HD (Third Generation has Bluetooth Support). Please note that Chromecast with 4K Support is a separate product line.

Q: Do you help with setup?
A: No. Please contact Google Chromecast Support.

Q: Do I need to worry about the US Plug (voltage, pin, etc.) if I don\’t have adapter?
A: Chromecast 3 does not require the power adapter if your Device HDMI Port is able to provide enough power. You can also use any Regular Phone USB Power Adapter if your TV requires additional power. If you want to use the provided adapter, there are no voltage issues but you must convert the plug into the US->SG/UK Plug with the US->SG/UK Travel Adapter.

Q: What is the difference between US and SG Set?
A: No difference other than plug. Functionality is the same and depends on the address you set when setting up and your Google account region.

Q: How long is warranty?
A: We provide 6 months Store Warranty for Export Sets and 1 Year Distributor Warranty for Local SG Set from date of purchase. All warranty claims are subject to standard Google warranty procedure.
