Customers are advised to contact the Device Manufacturer or Search on Internet for assistance on any setup or software compatibility issues. Sample search terms you can use are “<product name> Singapore setup guide” or “<product name> Overseas Setup Guide”

We apologize that we are not able to take responsibility and provide refunds or compensation for issues caused by the Software or Services or with any third party product (such as but not limited to smart camera, smart bulb, etc.).

Q: Does this come with installation or setup?
A: No. It is very easy to setup this device. You only need to plug in the device and use the Google Home App. Please contact Google Nest Support for setup assistance.

Q: Do I need to worry about the US Plug (voltage, pin, etc.) if I don’t have adapter?
A: You can use any regular authentic USB Charger / Power Plug with Micro USB Cable as Google Home Mini is powered by Micro USB. If you want to use the original plug, there are no voltage issues but you must convert the plug into the US->SG/UK Plug with the US->SG/UK Travel Adapter for US Export Set.

Q: What is the difference between US and SG Set?
A: No difference other than plug. Functionality is the same and depends on the address you set when setting up and your Google account region. If you want access to US features, your account must be set to US region. If you want access to SG features, your account must be set to SG region.

Q: How long is warranty?
A: We provide 180 days store warranty from date of purchase at no cost to customer for replacement. After 180 days, please contact Google for warranty claims (all units have at least 6 months warranty from date of purchase), subject to their policy. SIMCARD.SG will try to assist with warranty claims directly with Google on a best-effort basis after store warranty has ended.
