Google Assistant works with over 50,000 smart home devices from more than 10,000 popular brands, and new brands are being added all the time. Customers are advised to look for the “Made for Google Home” or “Compatible with Google Assistant” label on third-party products. Alternatively, contact the Device Manufacturer or Search on Internet for assistance on any setup or software compatibility issues. Sample search terms you can use are “<product name> Singapore setup guide” or “<product name> International Setup Guide”.

Q: What is the difference between Google Nest Audio and Google Home?
A: Google Nest Audio is the replacement for Google Home.

Q: What is the difference between Google Nest Audio and Google Nest Mini?
A: Google Nest Audio is larger and has better sound quality compared to Nest Mini.

Q: Do you help with setup?
A: No. Please contact Google Nest Support.

Q: For Export Set, do I need to worry about the plug (voltage, pin, etc.) if I don’t have adapter?
A: Use power supply provided with the device packaging. No voltage issues but plug must be converted with US->SG/UK Adapter.

Q: How long is warranty?
A: 1 Year for SG Set from Authorized Distributor. 6 Months for Export Set. All replacements must be approved by Google Customer Service and are subject to Google standard warranty terms and conditions.
