Please note that unlimited international call usage is subject to fair and reasonable use as determined by telco.

Activation Procedure

There are two ways of activating SIM Card:

Self-Service Activation on Telco Website after immigration clearance in Australia
SIMCARD.SG Assisted Activation Service. You must submit your arrival date and time, Australian ETA / VISA details (recommended) or Passport (NOT recommended) for SIMCARD.SG registration service.

Instructions for both activation procedures are provided with purchase of SIM Card.

SIM Card must be used in Australia within 24 hours of activation otherwise it will be permanently terminated.
